What's the difference between the three plans?
Pet Care Pass gives you unlimited exams and discounts on services — no vaccines. Main adds annual vaccines and nail trims. Premium adds parasite screening and wellness bloodwork. All three include 24/7 telemedicine.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Both. Monthly or annual prepay — your choice.
Is there an enrollment fee?
$50 for new members — currently waived on all plans for a limited time.
Does this cover medications?
No. Medications — whether from our clinic or an outside pharmacy — aren't included in any plan.
Can I enroll more than one pet?
Yes. Pet Care Pass offers a family option (up to 3 pets) at $23.99/month. Main and Premium are per pet.
Where do I sign up?
Enrollment happens in person at the clinic during your appointment. Call (905) 336-4002 or book online to schedule.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No cancellation fee. No penalty. We'd rather earn your trust than keep your payment.
